So, apparently, my apartment has mold. I, somehow, went days without noticing. Krumrei noticed in two minutes. So, apparently, also on the bad news front - I am either unobservant or blind.
But as to the mold - word on the street, or rather, word on AFN (the Armed Forces Network, or AFN "the EAGLE", the US Armed Forces radio station), is that it is very common in Belgium and that you just have to dry out the area. Right. Easier said than done in a city that has constant rain, in an apartment that has two windows hidden in nooks of rooms. It's not really set up to allow for a lot of air flow...
Here's hoping it all works out ok in the end. I can't die from inhaling mold, right?
