Easier than emailing friends and relatives updates, and more likely to keep the recipients from wanting to kill me for filling their inbox (think: Aussie Adventure of 2001).

Halfway
Today marks the one year point of me moving to Belgium. Can it really have been that long? Was I really spending this day, one year ago, without possessions (and hot water)? It just doesn't seem possible.
Time flies, so you'll just have to extend your contract for another ten years. Puh-lease!
Think of all the Erin, ahem Erwin weekends we have yet to plan! Until the day comes when we have to decide between beaches in Croatia or Kiev, you're going NO WHERE! Verstanden? ;)
